Is there power banks for a Laptops?

You can charge a laptop from a power bank if the laptop, cable and the power bank support the relevant standard which allows it.

There isn't a simple answer to that - some powerbanks can trickle charge a laptop with the right sockets/plugs, some laptops and power banks can specifically use USB-C, etc. for charging either slowly or enough to support both charging and operation and you can get power banks even with AC outputs with enough wattage to support laptop charging - again either just charging or charging + operation.

The 5 Pro does accept USB C charging but anything much over idle you'll still be depleting the battery whilst USB-C charging.

Your power bank needs to provide atleast 45W to allow charging whilst sleeping or 65W to charge when on. Which only the high end ones do.
