Ah yes of course
he’s on about his 3 series touring

Any luck with 6 GT? I tried a 640d and thought it was a bit of a barge tbh so gave it a miss, even with £20k saving off list.Should have done, was just happy to get my deposit back I didn’t think of that
The other thing I realised on my 200 mile round trip on my own with no passengers and quite a few roundabouts on the route is that a straight 6 petrol really is a sweet thing to drive![]()

The local one was Individual burgundy with cognac which tbh looked like a big aubergine but wife really liked it surprisingly. We didn’t drive it though. Had an F11 5 series touring before and was ok on the road so I think I could handle it. The parking is obviously a bit harder though.Any luck with 6 GT? Nice low miles on the last GT? Like that one. That’s the one

But £5k more that the othersThat’s about as perfect as it gets
Do you value the spec? The current market is mad though so difficult to compare really. But £5k more that the others

Also one of the more 'overpriced' on the spreadsheet (yes I'm sad)
Some ****** has just reserved it from under my nose while I was waiting for a P/E valuation… this is so frustratingThat 630d with the Adaptive would be my choice for sure. Much better value, adaptive plus the rest of the spec will make for a wonderful car and honestly for what you say you want to use the car for it's hard to think of a more suited engine.
I don't think the 3 litre petrol turbo is well suited in these cars, it is far better in something like an M340. These are cars for covering hundreds of miles at once not powering out of a tight bend on a winding B road.
Good point, but i would say the 3 litre diesel is still good for hooning about when needed. Revvy engine in Sport/Sport+ mode. I was blatting around Lakes last weekend and it was good fun. That 630d with the Adaptive would be my choice for sure. Well the other chap never turned up apparently so I’ve reserved it.Some ****** has just reserved it from under my nose while I was waiting for a P/E valuation… this is so frustrating
The crazy spec GT is back - do I change my mind and go for it?Yeah it does have ACC.
Full brochure for it here.

It also has the £3340 Executive Drive option which I think it means the chassis and suspension is from the 7 series???? @[TW]Fox?
The 6 GT is well equipped anyway but the person who bought this specced about £15k of options. I think the only thing they didnt add was the B&W sound system.
What’s rear comfort pack? Sun blinds and stuff as opposed to rear screens? The crazy spec GT is back - do I change my mind and go for it?

Deposit is down on the second one.
First one is £4850 more which feels hard to justify...
Dude, just buy this. Seriously lol
Pano roof is standardWhat’s rear comfort pack? Sun blinds and stuff as opposed to rear screens?
The more expensive one has massaging comfort seats and soft close doors, rear heated seats, etc. Can you afford it? Do you want those extras? If so, buy it. If not don’t.
Objectively, it’s probably not worth the extra £5k as you probably won’t get much of it back come resale. I’d it was a few grand maybe, but £5k for the same age car with the same miles but with massaging comfort seats… unlikely. Unless you really don’t like the sports seats in the cheaper one.
However, it’s ivory white rather than black on black. Is there any wiggle room, considering it just came back for sale?
Does the cheaper one have the panoramic roof? That’s worth a few Bob too. How often will you use it though? It’s massive and the blind takes ages to open and close, but brings some light into a black on black Corbin with black headliner…
