I really hope every race in GT7 is not a rolling start. Annoyed me when they moved to that system.
It's fine for the longer endurance races, but I feel it takes a lot away from the start of races.

The state of play made it look great. I do worry about the always online, as sometimes my PSN connection is a bit flaky here. :(

GT7 is looking excellent, fingers crossed I don't regret pre-ordering.
Hope to sink many many hours into it.

Looks like everything is included in the game that made the originals great. Looks to really celebrate cars.

I also think this will be the game that finally makes me get a 4k OLED TV.

GT7 is looking bloody brilliant.

Proper weather with dry lines, huge tuning and modding potential (loved that modded beetle, and the wide body BMW... Oh god!)...

Yep, I'm going to be sinking many many hours into this. Might even be the first PS5 game I buy digitally for full price...

My last GT game was GT5, 11 years ago, with my Fanatec GT3 RS wheel and clubsport pedals, I spent about 50 hours just on the nordschleife mercedes SLS AMG challenge...

It looks great but it's the same old thing for me, I know I won't enjoy it with a control pad, and I also know with my attention span it's not worth wasting money on a steering wheel setup so I'll end up skipping it.

I'd love to have a go, never played a GT game before but I know it won't be my cup of tea if it's like Forza Motorsport. So I have to wait until it comes to PS Now or PS+ in about five years. :D

Probably going to just be like GT Sport which always connects you for the news updates and feeds. You can still play it though you'll just be offline.

It does look good. Need to watch that SoP in 4K.

After a few year of doing sims on my fanatec rig I tried out gt sport with a controller and was amazed how well I got on, expecially when you max out controller sensitivity.
With the duel sence on ps5 for braking and throttle I think it should be very very good.

Yeah pads are more precise than you'd think. I played with a wheel for years but I don't bother anymore. Looking forward to seeing (feeling?) what the dual sense does in this.

It does look great, I am spoilt by Assetto Corsa on PC though, especially in the modding department, weather effects etc. Have you seen what you can achieve on AC?

You missed out on GT Sport, it was brilliant. This looks to be like that but with so much more, I see GT Sport now as a prequel to GT7, like the "prologues" before it.

It's nothing like Forza, and how have you never played any GT games?

The whole thing looks incredibly polished. I haven’t played a “proper” GT since 4. Can’t wait to get stuck in !

I can't fault them for their presentation/UI layout. It was pretty fluid in GT5 and GT6. I grinded those games like crazy back then. Though once Assetto Corsa came out with laser scanned tracks, Gran Turismo was over for me.

Gran Turismo now really looks lifelike.

Well I only got a PlayStation with PS3 and I don't think a GT game has ever been given away on PS+ or has been on PS Now. Actually, I think that's wrong. It might be GT 5 was given away but I never bothered.

Racing games are not titles I'd buy unless they're DiRT cheap ( :D). I do remember playing DriveClub as that was on PS+ and that was spectacular.
