This Reddit is good as it filters out most of the inaccurate stuff (it will tag unverified to suspect things) and there’s no gore or traumatic stuff there.

don't get me wrong, if i wake tomorrow to hear putin's had a "heart attack" and that his replacement is prepared to undo this mess i'll be a happy man.

It has been said over and over again, there's tonnes of information. That reddit link is interesting sure, but it is not in any way confirmed information, some of it is blatant known fake. It is useful for what various political figures are tweeting but then again what they are tweeting may not be accurate in itself.

Keep an eye on what the UK MoD says and treat everything else as likely not true.
