Cooling i9-7900x With 120mm AIO ?

Hi,

Would anyone please be able to advise me if I can safely cool an i9-7900x CPU with a 120mm single fan AIO?

The CPU will not be overclocked, it will be at stock speeds and the AIO is a Thermaltake Water 3 with decent thickness radiator. I have read that the i9-7900x CPU's can run hot when overclocked and that a single fan radiator is probably not enough. However, as I am not overclocking I am wondering if I can get away with a 120mm single fan radiator.
