Not sure, moderated posting only effects you posting, rather than the page loads.

You could try logging in using a cacheless browser tab (inPrivate , incognito etc) to see if it is a gummed up browser cache.

logged out, deleted all cookies etc etc logged back in and still the same ?
even in incognito still the same ?

Seems fine for me. Obviously that doesn't help you but it could bean indicator that the problem is on your end as opposed to the forums.
