Rough price will be cost of labour + cost of materials......................

If I knew the size of area that needs tiling I would just go on any website selling tiles and price up materials based on what design/style i want, then ring a few tilers to ask roughly how much for fitting 60sqm.

I imagine that approach would be much more fruitful than asking on OcUK.

I am in Cornwall and charge roughly £160 m2 for porcelain.. £9600 all in...
obviously this could vary quite a bit if you want dearer porcelain or you have bad access ect...

For supply and fitting of 900mm x 600mm porcelain tiles we paid £150 per square metre for an area of around 40 square metres. Fitted in July 21 but materials were on site March 21 and I would imagine costs have gone up since then.

Try some independent builders suppliers/ garden centres in your local area.
Sometimes we can often source porcelain tiles for around £35 to £40 per m2, obviously they also sell more expensive ones as well.

These are slower to lay than regular slabs, so expect to pay £80 to £100 per m2 for digging out the area and laying the tiles.
We charge about £150 per m2 to supply and fit tiles, but the final cost will depend on the tile the customer wants or agrees to.
