Only for video editing thinking of a 3070ti or 3080 if can find one for not much more whats a good cheap choice
But not asus as they all blew up
my msi cards in the past been rock solid

Will either of those cards actually make much of an upgrade when it comes to Video editing

If you look at e.g. PugetBench for Premier Pro, there isn't really any difference between a 1660S and a 3080

i video at 4k 200mbs mov at the mo its like a snail using a 3900x 1660 super in ve4gas speed test = 14 frames per second in the vegas performance rendering
but so much faster in adobe encoder

This is very important, check benchmarks for what card and software you plan to use because this type of usage is YMMV in the extreme.

Some video work is CPU bound while others is GPU bound.

Monitor your CPU and GPU while video editing and the part that keeps hitting 100% is your bottleneck and needs upgrading.
