Our old (left by previous owners) garden furniture is on its last legs. And since getting a bbq I do like being out in the garden

What are peoples Set ups like?

Ideally I'd like 2-4 seats.
And a high table (dog and chickens will jump on a low table)

Prices seem wildly different for what looks like the same stuff.
I do not want to spend over 500.

But can't believe the 1-2k sets and the 300-500 sets are equivalent?

Recommendations?

Got our Rattan garden furniture 4 years ago off groupon, at the time it was half the price of anywhere else. We got Yakoe Rattan sets, £600 for a 6 seater corner sofa with table and 2 additional low stools, then £500 for a 4 seater table, 4 proper chairs and each chair has a stool as well, so technically seats 8, although that would be pretty cramped.

Lidl or Aldi

Aye this :)

The Chairs we have are about 8 year old now and still fine.

Our table I got on amazon of all placed for around £100

Looks to be unavailable but this one is similar...

Looks to have fake planks on top instead of the glass.

I wanted something good quality but not too expensive and settled on IKEA Sjaelland when it was recently on sale.

Its available with either aluminium or wooden slats.

Its aluminium, so should last much longer. I found most cheaper sets are steel framed which I wanted to avoid.

Its around £400-£500 for 4 seats and a table, which I found very competitive at full rrp. Even more so with the 25% off!

I wanted the smaller table, which suited our use better, so got the 2 seater set plus an extra 2 chairs.

Thanks all. I'll take a look at these.
Hoping to get something in next couple of weeks.
