Adding another panel to solar garden water feature

I have a spare solar panel from an old set up I had where the pump died. Would it be possible to add this panel to the set up I have now? Simply splice the old panel in?

Just a generic panel/pump from Amazon.

Could potentially double the voltage so could potentially kill the pump or the charging circuit if it charges a battery. Unless they are the same output etc

Not if wired in parallel.
