New dishwasher - inlet pipe won't fit in space

Old dishwasher broke down. New one delivered today. The fitting for the water inlet is under the sink, with a hole of the pipe at the bottom of the unit. The issue is that the end that connects to it has some sort of fancy valbe "Aqua Stop" on the end, which is quite stiff and long, not flexible until quite a way away from the connector where the 'bendy pipe' starts. And there physically isn't room to safely connect it to the value under the sink without wedging it in super-tight in the corner of the cabient, resulting in both tension pressure on the pipework, and a severe kink in the pipe. I don't want to risk this even if I can somehow get it fitted on (the people attempting to install the dishwasher who are obviously more experienced than me said it wouldn't fit).

I thought perhaps OK I can just get 90 degree elbow valve, and connect it so the pipe is pointing down instead of towards the edge of the cabinet. But doesn't seem to fit properly, the dishwasher inlet is all inbuilt including the 'bolt' or whatever you call it. Tried an extension pipe as well with no luck.

Where this leaves me is thinking I basically need to cut a new hole in the cabinet, but instead of at the bottom and then having the pipe go up to where it connects to and be wedged in at a sharp angle, I need to come in level with the pipework valve, so it can just screw straight in with enough room for it to poke out.

Unfortunately for someone as crap at DIY as me, this doesn't seem straightforward because I need to somehow get a saw blade in place to cut the hole. I'm thinking I can probably just drill some holes and get started but the side panel is quite thick wood (the back panel is much thinner, but due to the angle I think I need to cut the hole in the corner, i.e. cut wood out of both the back panel and side panel.

I'm not too bothered about the outcome (having a hole in the cabinet) because it will be out of sight, it's more how to go about getting that hole in place, or if there is some other solution I could consider (maybe there is some connector that will fit both ends I need it to).

I think Surveyor has the right answer - you should have loads of room where dish washer will go so just get in there and drill a big round hole.
If you have a Toolstation or Scewfix by just pop down and get one.

I've been able to make a hole big enough in the back panel to get the cable through.
However, as I suspected the side panel which is much thicker is still causing a problem due to the angle, the connector is pointing to the corner so the side panel (which actually goes back deeper than the back panel is still blocking the cable and preventing me from getting it lined up dead straight to screw on.

Will look into whether an additional tooll would make this easier, it's just frustrating. Like if the valve had be pointing a few degrees to the left then it would be fine as I'd just need to cut the (thin) backpanel, not both the back panel and thick side panel as it is currently.
