Hi All, Do you think this little lot is Good enough for Photography. (photoshop/Lightroom et ALL)
Would Overclockers build it for me, if so, at what price.?? I need a Tower that has room for a DVD/RW and DVD/CD Drives if any out there.
I got two towers here but my Eyesight not so good to build myself these days, though I could ask a friend to do it.

MSI MAG Z590 Tomahawk with Wi-Fi Socket LGA1200 DDR4 ATX Mobo = £149:99p
i7-11700K 3.6Ghz Rocket Lake socket LGA1200 = £344:99p
Corsair Vengence LPX 32GB (2x 16gb) DDR4 PC4-25600C18 360011hz Dual Channel = £139:99p
Be Quiet Pure Power 11 700W 80 Plus Gold Modular = £94:99p
1tb Samsung980 M2 2280 PCI-e NVME = £109:99p
Palit G Force GTX 1660 StormX 6GB GDDR5 = £199:99p
CPU Cooler-Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro4 = £79:99p
TOTAL- £1,240:00p
Hopefully I'll be paying Monthly if Monthly price is Not too High.

If you think anything needs changing or you find anything Better Then Please do Tell. Price not to Exceed £1,500. If you think I would be better off with 800W psu let me know. I'll probs be running 4 HDD Plus a Yottamaster Caddy of 4 HDD.

Many Thanks.

Tetras----NO Gaming. I do NOT do Gaming. ONLY Photography and other things.
I put those items down above as they sounded GOOD to Me. I'm way out of date with what is Good or Bad these days. You can see my last build in my signature.
Lasted me very very well and still going strong. Alas my older Aldi Medion PC is as Slow as Molasses after windows 10 updates. So I need a newer PC. I do use DVD/RW writers but they have to be inside Tower but can't find any. I do have two Towers I could use but they old hat so a tower (NOT expensive) might have to be bought as well.No Room for External ones. I could buy another Yottamaster 4 drive Caddy instead.
JollyJamma---Components coming out thick n fast and before we know it another new one is there lol. A 12700KF sound good, but what does KF mean ? I know K is clockable but what about the F.???? If You know of Better components to build a PC not over £1500, LESS would be GREAT Please do tell. If OC has a Pre-Build one that fits the Bill, please point me to it/them. I'm asking these questions as Everything in OC and elsewhere is now for Gaming, YUK! lol THANK YOU.
P.S---How HOT does the 12700KF get. I'm going for AIR COOLING. Not Water. NO Water inside my PC ever. Hate Water in a PC. If it leaks it's Good bye PC.

OP do you need a new computer asap?

The F in the name just means no build in graphics core for the CPU.

The 12700K has built in Intel graphics to use if you don’t need a dedicated graphics card.

Does your software make use of Nvidia or AMD acceleration? If not, you could save yourself some money and get a 12700K and not need a dedicated graphics card.

Photoshop likes NVidia and Intel. Lightroom likes AMD. Strange in it. I Like NVIDIA and Intel as that is what I have always used.
Any idea how good the Integrated Graphics is against a GForce GTX 1660 StormX ? Sorry for all the Questions as I need to know before I buy.
If I can save cash but still have a Top PC that Runs my Photography programs etc. I'll be a Happy Bunny.

Fair.
You'd probably see a significant performance improvement using a dedicated graphics card. Intels built in GPU cores are not powerful at all.

Purely in terms of processing power the UHD 770 is awful, it is generally slower than a GT 1030, but I can't say how much the GPU is actually being used for Photoshop and Lightroom. My understanding is that it is only used for some tools in Photoshop and fewer in Lightroom, but maybe you can tell me.

What is your old spec PC? Are you running a decent sized SSD, or an SSD at all? :)
My PC I'm using at this moment is in my signature at bottom. SSD is a Corsair 500gb PLUS 4x4TB hard drives in tower with 32GB Ram plus Two 4 bay External containers with a Corsair 650psu. The Medion is only 4GB RAM and an OLD Graphics card. Photoshop now struggles in it to be Useless. lol I need new PC to take over this one and use this one for Backup.

What GPU (video card) is best for Photoshop?

For Photoshop, it is extremely important to have a supported GPU, but the actual performance of that card will not make a major impact on performance. Compared to the high-end RTX 3090, the much more modest RTX 3070 is within a single percent - even when only looking at GPU accelerated tasks.

Is onboard graphics good enough for Photoshop?

Photoshop can run with onboard graphics, but be aware that even a low-end GPU will be nearly twice as fast for GPU-accelerated tasks. In addition, most onboard graphics can only use 512-1024MB of memory which is adequate for a single 1080p display, but if you have a 4K display or multiple displays, we highly recommend using a dedicated graphics card.

If OP isn't sure if a GPU is worth it, then perhaps one solution is to just buy the system without and see how it goes? If everything is fast and runs fine in Photoshop and Lightroom, then all is well? From what I can gather, OC only want £10 extra for the K, which seems reasonable for a back-up GPU if OP replaces it anyway.

yeah and OP currently has a 1050ti which might be fine to carry over too.

If he was editing in 4K, I'd say get a new GPU.

This little lot looks Good, Except, would a higher PSU be better like the Be Quiet 700w or 750w or similar, as I do add extra USB in the slots + a 4 bay External enclosure with 3tb or 4tb hdd inside. Also is there a better Mobo than the ASUS one you got here?? I dislike Asus (Sorry) The more on board stuff the happier I will be. Do the M2 NVME SSD stop you using any of the 4 SSD slots ?. As for Hard Drives I now use Toshiba 7200 as I dislike 5400. Also but not least, PLEASE NO Water cooling anything in my PC Tower. I Hate Water in a PC in case of leak. I need an CPU Air Cooler as well. Sorry to be a Pest but all this NEW stuff has Superseded me now.
FORGOT to say--The Tower needs to have slots for 4 x 3.5" hard drives.

Not unless you really want a better PSU. RM series from Corsair is good for what you need. YOu don't need 700+ watts.

No stress, there's an MSi Z690-A PRO that's cheaper but it's out of stock. I like MSI. The ASus board was in stock.

Do you mean stop you from using the SATA slots or what?

Fair enough. An AIO isn't high risk as a full on water loop and I've never heard of one leaking. They can't end up burning their pumps if setup incorrectly. WIll get an air cooler suggestion for you.

Good to know. Will change that too.

I'm currently at work so I might get back to you Monday as I'm away this weekend.

APPRECIATED LOTS JollyJammer. Thank You.I do like that MSI Z690-A Pro. I can wait. lol Yes, do they stop you using the SATA ports like some Mobos do ?? OK Monday is Fine.

I Really like this Lot. Gigabyte are my Fav Mobos. That Tower is Way Way too pricey for me. I never go over £80 or £90 for one. All the rest are great. So a lower priced Tower will enable me to buy a larger watt PSU like 750w or 800w. Reason for that is I use a lot of peripherals. 5 printers (though only one will be attached to this system) the other 4 will stay on this PC i'm using. I also have 3 external HDD plus A Yottamaster External Enclosure for 4 HDD.That is it.

There are few chassis that support 4 3.5inch hard drives is all.

I agree, the cassis doesn't need to cost the earth but if you have to have all 4 hard drives included, I don't know many at a £90 price. Maybe another member can help.

That MSi motherboard is this one https://www.overclockers.co.uk/msi-pro-z690-a-ddr4-intel-z690-ddr4-atx-motherboard-mb-36c-ms.html

That Gigabyte motherboard is very good for your use case so you may consider it over the above MSI.
