Those curved rear lights are quite distinctive but I can’t find a pic of a Honda Civic that matches. It’s bigger than a Jazz. I also think it’s Electric or hybrid.

Back story - the occupants made an attempt to take the neighbour’s newly acquired Porsche. There isn’t much traffic down this cul-de-sac so if the car can be identified the neighbour may be able to see if it had scoped the place out in daylight.

Prius is a possibility. The lights in the pic above have a similar shape but the ones on the gif don’t seem to have the kink in the middle.

Or the Honda that looks identical, Honda Insight?

Edit: on second thoughts isn't it a standard Honda Civic?
 
my first thought was honda civic, but also considered jazz, and prius, and there was a honda insight that's basically a prius.
given this is probably chav related the civic seems most likely.
 
My first thought was prius, but then I remembered there's actually a few cars with very similar bodystyle now, that distinctive rear end isn't as distinctive as it once was. Could be a Hona Insight, could be a Hyundai Ioniq, I don't see civic myself. The shape of the lights in the GIF are hard for me to place a car make / model, they do seem to have a very defined shape, but that could be misleading due to the quality of the GIF.

Gen 3 Prius is an ideal vehicle for this sort of mischief - silent approach, cheap to repair if you have to make a hasty exit through a few obstacles, blend into the infinite number of private hire cars driving drunk people home all hours of the night.
