Hi so getting bad with foxes digging up my back grass, so now thinking of a couple of solar powered lights fixed to the garden shed (upstairs flat so cant fix anything low level ) to activate at night on movement, so any recommendations on lights ?
Thanks

Got some recently from Solar Centre and they are noticeably better made than the cheaper stuff i've got from Amazon etc in the past.

What's the purpose of the lights? To watch them doing it or to scare them off?
We have foxes visit our garden each night and they ignore the security PIR lights and just carry on with their night.

Thought it would scare them off, I don’t mind them but it’s the digging up the grass that I mind

Quick google suggests they hate the below. It would seem you need disco lights and a bitta music to come on when they appear :D

Foxes hate:
  • Surprises.
  • Loud noises.
  • Sudden movements.
  • Flashing lights or vibrations.

Well they will need to go elsewhere to be entertained as no disco or party being held here.
thanks for 5he reply

Mpow were a good brand, we've had ours 3 years and they still charge up / hold a charge.

Might be worth getting one of those cat high pitch thingies. Or just get a dog, I'm sure they won't be digging around in your garden then!
