Russia is so desperate for soldiers, it's throwing new recruits into battle after just 5 days, some find themselves on the frontline without knowing how to fire a gun..

Interesting it seems the pro-Russian sections of the population who remained in Severodonetsk and Lysychansk aren't quite so pro-Russia, anti-Ukraine army after a spell of Russian occupation...

Russia is so desperate for soldiers, it's throwing new recruits into battle after just 5 days

Seen a few reports on Twitter, etc. of new recruits from Russia's far east who weren't aware they were being deployed into live combat as in had very limited news as to what was going on in Ukraine and didn't realise it was an actual war or had been told they were being deployed on the Russian side of the border in defensive capacity but sent straight to the front. Landing up on the front lines with only 2-3 weeks of training.

I am not an idiot and would use the correct word 'know'.

Hehe touche.

However I dispute the first part, you don't seem to get logic or be able to see whats in front of your eyes comrade so proof needed ;)

You know better than MI6 right.
Oh no sorry, wrong.

I see your trying to get Dowiehole renamed to Amensiahole, or maybe amensiadimension would explain it better :P

reading last page it makes it 4th month of russia about to run out of missiles and 3rd month where Ukraine has "almost liberated" Kherson
(all they have to show for are small holes in the bridge. Are they liberating people of Kherson of their bridge?)

Meanwhile hrivna is taking a nosedive. Hrivna/USD exchange rate went from 30 to 45 almost overnight
Is economy about to collapse despite being propped up by new loans weekly?

Or the 3 day special operation is still ongoing and they never managed to take Kiev despite the supposedly amazing armed forces of mighty Russia.

Is Russia liberating the people of Ukraine or liberating them of thier lives and possessions?

Its impossible to clearly know how many they have, but the UK and US would be the same. The high tech missiles (you know the precision ones) will absolutely be at significantly lower levels than pre war.
Russias economy isn't that big. They simply cannot have millions of high tech rockets, no nation does.
They (unless china or someone is supplying tech) also are highly limited in ability to produce more.
There is a difference between a war footing and a normal footing, and even with a war footing high tech weaponry is different.
The US for example only have limited production capacity, it takes many years to produce 100 planes.

Practically every currency is getting hammered against the USD. Whats your point?
Of course the economy is collapsing, they are at war.

hrivna exchange rate was fixed since the start of war, something changed recently
constant loans and monetary help made it look like economy is coping despite war and lost territory/industry. But something has to give

Indeed

The lack of news from Kherson is frustrating. Was a month ago they (ukr) were pushing and area I was watching closely and no movement on the maps. Not sure if media black out, or genuinely no progress there. They need to retake kherson and that area. Doing so will reduce the frontline and make it easier to against crimea forces.

They have learned the importance of OPSEC (Operational Security) the hard way early on in the war and are much more careful when it comes to publicizing ongoing operations.
I think it would be safe to assume that progress is being made. However that progress is likely slow and costly. They have spend the past few weeks softening up the supply routes and depots and this should hopefully make progress in that region improve. The Russians will be dug in well though.

Most likely the truth. My concern is that they let the East of the country go in order to focus men/weapons in the South to take back Kherson, and it's taking way longer than expected, and the losses in the East are higher than expected.

I am.hoping for good news Kherson soon, but not holding my breath.

I should have pity for them... but you know what, good riddance.
