I'm certain that there are some Ukrainian troops that have committed war crimes, so why should they go unpunished? Or are Ukrainian troops given a green light to do whatever?
It's unrealistic to assume that every single Ukrainian servicemen has acted in accordance with the law but ultimately you do need evidence to prosecute. Do you honestly trust Russia's judicial process and think these guys will get a fair hearing? It's a show trail and a kangaroo court.

I remember when Russia prosecuted Alexei Navalny the prosecution took some confused old man stuck a bunch of medals on him and claimed he was a veteran of Stalingrad and used him to testify against Navlny.

Na they've made their new Hague. The Hague is far too Western aligned, remember.

"He also proposed an international tribunal backed by countries including Iran, Syria and Bolivia He also proposed an international tribunal backed by countries including Iran, Syria and Bolivia "

And yes Iran and Syria, the countries that... *checks notes*... supported the Nazis in WW2, what a surprise to see them still supporting Nazis

Funny that the mighty ORCS are needing support of Drones.

This war is going to go on for 15-20 years. It's new world after this winter.

Very steadily. Almost not moving at all. Steady!

Ukraine is now claiming to have hit 50 ammo dumps as result of HIMARS

Ukrainian forces destroy 50 Russian ammunition depots, defence minister says

Ukrainian forces have destroyed 50 Russian ammunition depots using US-supplied Himars rocket systems in the war with Russia, Ukrainian defence minister Oleksiy Reznikov said on Monday.

“This cuts their [Russian] logistical chains and takes away their ability to conduct active fighting and cover our armed forces with heavy shelling,” he said in televised comments.

Reuters could not independently verify Reznikov’s remarks about the use of High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (Himars).

Well its going to be another interesting field test
Is the US/western tech (as supplied) able to detect and eradicate Iranian drones

There probably hasn't been that many engagements
Really if you were Iran you should probably not be putting them at the front lines, especially in the hands of the Ruskies who will likely trade them for a case of vodka and a pan of kapusniak

The Isralies have shot down the more advanced and smaller Shahed 191/181 which is based on the the US stealth drones (although Israel has F35s)
The 129 is supposed to be a predator rip off. The predator is now retired so its a generation old even if Iran has managed to match the predator in all aspects.

The Ukraine supporting nations need to watch though, and be ready to bolster anti air again.

I hope that Ukraine get some better AA, especially to protect within their own borders.

I suspect that on news of the drones appearing, some better kit might be found to give Ukraine.

Lolwut...you think Russia is going after people who have actually committed a crime and that they would face a fair trial even if they did???

I've got a chocolate tea pot to sell to you.

Not saying that I trust them, at all, it just irritates me how the Ukrainian troops seem to have their war crimes glossed over by many as if they don't happen.

Has the West supplied AAA / SAMs other than the MANPADs? Genuine question.
They have received Stormer HVM. I also beleive they have received or will so imminently the NASAMS system. Not as mobile so I suspect this will be used to protect Cities/High value targets.

Germany were supposed to be providing Gepard SPAAG and possibly IRIS T. However I am unsure on what the current state of delivery is or if they will ever see them.

From the neighbours I seem to remember them receiving S300 systems.

There is a lot of information floating about but difficult to pin down accuracy, and what has actually been delivered or pledged.

so it's ok to commit war crimes against the invading enemies soldiers?
Show me where I said that.

People keep mentioning Ukrainian war crimes without providing any actual examples. Do you have any? Maybe if people posted about them we would discuss them.

Also did anyone else in this thread say they were okay with committing war crimes? It seems a few posters in here like to insinuate that we are but I don't think I have seen anyone state this.

Every few posts some contrarian will pop into the thread and say "oh but what about the Ukrainian war crimes" without any context or examples. No one here thinks its okay to commit war crimes no matter the side.
