Hi all,

After buying a new SSD for my system I wanted to install Windows 11 on it.

Problem is that I need to disable CSM in the BIOS to get secure boot to work, but when I do my PC no longer posts, as in I can't even get into the BIOS.

I have tried unplugging all the storage drives to see if that would at least help with post but to no avail.

The CPU light on the mobo is green which is good but the other one stays white which I think may suggest some GPU issue???

If it helps my specs are:
Ryzen 7 3700X
Asus Crosshair VI motherboard
NVIDIA GTX 1080 ti
16GB RAM (2133mhz as XMP is disabled for now)

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Well to answer your question the Q-Code displays 02.

The thing is I've been playing around with this and I've discovered if I disable CSM it won't post if I have a DisplayPort connector plugged into the GPU!
I have two other displays on hand, one uses HDMI and the other DVI.
Both of these other displays work, it seems that it just won't boot without CSM if I have something connected to one of the DisplayPorts and I've tried both of them (my GPU has two).
This is a Bummer as my main primary display uses DisplayPort -_- .

So basically now I need to figure out two things:

1. How to get my board to recognize my storage drives (they don't show up with CSM disabled)
2. How to get my PC to POST with a DisplayPort connected whilst CSM is disabled.

Man this is a doozie! :D
