Range Rover Sport SVR

I am no motor expert, but around here in the London burbs it seems every single one of them gets nicked. Too much hassle.

Same in farming country, despite crime overall being fairly low, you leave a LR or RR sitting about and it'll be gone in a heart beat.

(One of the reasons most of the farmers around where I live drive Mitsubishi or Isuzu pickups instead)

Yeah I live in proper tier-1 suburbs and even the local full fat RR crew all have disc locks lol.

I just love the engineering that gets something that size to 60 almost as quick as my bikes.

Tend to be driven by either drug dealers or knobs who think they are better than everybody else. my old boss had one. Used to scare the life out of me when i was with him as a passenger. He would undertake, do mental overtaking manoeuvres and pretty much though everybody had to get out of his way.

if that is the image you want to present to the world then crack on.

And RR Sports were never bought by the country fraternity. they either bought the full blown RR or Discovery or Land Rover depending on their needs.

I've had a 2016 TDV6 Sport for almost 4 years. I love it. Its big, it's fast (relatively speaking), it handles sharply, it fits all my camping gear and bikes in it, it gets 1,000km from a full tank on the motorway, it gives you right of way by default in tight back streets, had it off road several times (mostly dry rock, some sand), have hurtled up mountain roads squealing the tyres and it lacks nothing.
Mechanically I've had no problems. The particulate filter doesn't like the way I drive it, 99% city driving but other than the airbag light being on all the time - dealer cant keep it turned off. Wants to take out the front seat and rehouse it. $1,000 plus. Lease is up end of this year so wont be paying for that. He also says it needs a new battery, again 4 figures that I wont be paying. I'd definitely consider another but our office is moving within walking distance of home so cant justify the expense for it to sit on my drive more than 5 days per week.

I've got a better word for you - KAHN. You see a lot of them round here for some reason.

These are bad but clearly they are drug dealer OTT vibes. The odd ones are the "URBAN" ones.

At least 2 Overfinch customised RR Sports within spitting distance of me - albeit not owned by the "country fraternity" - I think one is owned by Sean Bean or someone related to him but not 100% on that.

Yeeesh!.

Who the hell looks at that and thinks "Yeah, that looks good".

Madness.

Yeah and its an extra £34k on top of the £115k the SVR cost in the first place so its now a £150k car that looks awful. You are only £12k short of affording an AM DBX. At least that looks nice.

How about URBAN:

Bleugh.

TBF that has hardly any 'Urban' styling to it, if you want to see what they offer kit wise you need to look at the previous version of RR or look at their new Defender line up
