Also finally started 'Sherlock', the BBC version with Cumberbatch. Only watched one episode, but loved all 90 minutes of it!
Amazing show, you are in for a treat - wish i could wipe and start all over again.

We did finish it but I think the issue was we just over did it and watched too much too quickly, overall it's a really funny show and one of the standouts from the UK in recent years.Started on 'People Just Do Nothing' which I think someone on this thread recommended some time back, maybe @SixTwoSix? Really enjoying it. (Just searched back, he actually said he was getting bored of itDid you carry on through @SixTwoSix?)
Oh really? What's this called? There is a movie that caps it off but doesn't work as well as the TV show.
Big In Japan - here you goOh really? What's this called?
You may enjoy it if you haven't read the books.![]()
Turned out that way - half way through and I think it's fantastic viewing. I haven't been this hooked to fantasy since "Legend of the Seeker" LOL
Yeah, already remember why I ditched this and ditched it again, not sure how they messed up this adaption so bad.The Strain - noticed it on D+ and decided to carry on after giving up a little into S3 previously. It's not a patch on the books and it's really padded out but it's a nice brain off show to fall alseep to on the tablet each night.
Yeah annoyed me too, Steve Carell and John Malkovich worked really well together. No way! You've just ruined my week with that newsI loved season 1, season 2 wasn't quite as good but still excellent and annoyingly a couple of episodes shorter. Not quite sure how I didn't spot that after finishing watching season 2.
I've slowly been working my way through Parks & Recreation on Netflix (about 3 seasons in) only to go to switch it on the other night to find Netflix had delisted itAt least it seems like it'll be on Sky soon via Peacock.
Now, I love Ryan Reynolds as much as the next guy but is Netflix spending too much on its blockbuster titles that it can't maintain TV show content![]()
He just did, started season 5 with the cannibals. They could have expanded that arc a bit more. Here's my advice, when David Morrisey leaves the show, also leave the show.
I'm in a similar position, boxsets I take ages to watch! Not watched Stranger Things or The Boys yet.Started the most recent season of The Boys. Have so much TV to catch up on from the last year or so. Will watch this, then on to Squid Games or Stranger things next.
