What TV shows are you currently watching

Started on 'People Just Do Nothing' which I think someone on this thread recommended some time back, maybe @SixTwoSix? Really enjoying it. (Just searched back, he actually said he was getting bored of it  Did you carry on through @SixTwoSix?)
We did finish it but I think the issue was we just over did it and watched too much too quickly, overall it's a really funny show and one of the standouts from the UK in recent years.

There is a movie that caps it off but doesn't work as well as the TV show.

I just blitzed the final season 6 of Peaky Blinders over the weekend. I had forgotten it is out. I'm now really sad it's over. What a fantastic series.

For all Mankind, been chipping away at this the last few weeks and up to date now waiting for the last episode of s3 this week. Enjoyed it for the most part, not a fan of them twisting the rules to allow unhinged people like Gordo's Son into space in s3 when he has no place being there.

CGI has been top notch for a TV show, wonder how much of the budget is spent on it.

Started the most recent season of The Boys. Have so much TV to catch up on from the last year or so. Will watch this, then on to Squid Games or Stranger things next.

Absolutely loved People Just Do Nothing.

Finished Under the Banner of Heaven last night. Superb. Probably helps if you know a little bit about Mormon culture, all of my Mormon knowledge I have gained from South Park so felt I was pretty well placed :D

The Strain - noticed it on D+ and decided to carry on after giving up a little into S3 previously. It's not a patch on the books and it's really padded out but it's a nice brain off show to fall alseep to on the tablet each night.
Yeah, already remember why I ditched this and ditched it again, not sure how they messed up this adaption so bad.

Finished Dark (loved it)

Started The Sandman last night, and will follow that up with the final season of Locke & Key which starts tomorrow iirc.

No way! You've just ruined my week with that news :( I loved season 1, season 2 wasn't quite as good but still excellent and annoyingly a couple of episodes shorter. Not quite sure how I didn't spot that after finishing watching season 2.

I've slowly been working my way through Parks & Recreation on Netflix (about 3 seasons in) only to go to switch it on the other night to find Netflix had delisted it  At least it seems like it'll be on Sky soon via Peacock.

Now, I love Ryan Reynolds as much as the next guy but is Netflix spending too much on its blockbuster titles that it can't maintain TV show content
Yeah annoyed me too, Steve Carell and John Malkovich worked really well together.

Just finished the first season of The Boys, really enjoying it.

And what an eye-opener of an ending in the season finale!

I'm in a similar position, boxsets I take ages to watch! Not watched Stranger Things or The Boys yet.

Squid Games coming from someone who thought at the time it was overhyped, its good. It seems a bit weird, but once you watch it all makes sense, akin to Stephen King's 'The Running Man'.

Finishing Gomorrah which as said before, is ace, I think its going to be The Sopranos next as its been on the watch list for years!
