No. Poch would have likely been more of the same. We need a complete overhaul and ETH is better suited for that.

I would add that I do like Poch and I hoped he would join when Ole was sacked, but it didn't happen.

he doesn't strike me as the force of nature needed to completely overhaul a football club though. You also have to factor in where he's come from, complete and total stability at a club like Ajax which is the opposite of where you are.
