OCUK's "B-Grade" Monitors?

[Tired9]

Do they ever have scratches on the actual screen or dead pixels?

Possibly. Even brand new monitors sometimes have dead pixels.

Had about 20 in the past number of years and never had physical damage on any but they can have dead pixels or even possibly missing screws for the stand etc (had that with my last one weirdly, had to go back).
