It's just a shame Canelo waited for him to get older. In my view GGG clearly won the first fight and an argument can be made either way for the 2nd

Dont see a stoppage will go the distance and canello will always get the decision in vegas

agree - GGG is 40, he's fought 4 times in 4 years.... He's not got that crazy work rate from 5-7 years ago anymore.

Canelo has such an advantage before the fight even starts....

GGG won that 1st fight for me - would love this to be the "decider" between them but 12 round points win for Canelo, despite it being a close fight.
 
Bizarre scorecards once again, this trilogy is just cursed it would seem.

Fight went as expected I think, should have happened a few years ago and at this point was old fighter vs prime fighter. GGG came back into it a little in the last couple of rounds, but ultimately a one sided affair.
 
I’ll go for Crawford to beat him on points.

Looking forward to Joyce v Parker this weekend although shame it’s on bt ppv though.

Indeed should be a good scrap but never a ppv event.

Joyce reminds me of that homer Simpson episode. Lacking somewhat in ability but just wares down his opponents ha
 
Just caught up with Canelo/GGG. That was a rubbish fight, felt like I saw Father Time have a quick word with GGG. "My guy, your time is over... I'll take all of your attributes now".

Actually looking forward to Joyce vs Parker. Can be an interesting fight. Joyce is, to the eye, stupendously slow yet he seems to be super effective and his jab just seems to break people down. Plus, he's a natural lump who just never seems to get tired. He is a problem for anyone. Parker, he has shown some improvements under Andy Lee, he now has a bit of spite behind him. I do wonder if his hand speed and movement will be enough to cause Joyce some issues. I have some doubts over his punching power and the solid chin of Joyce but he could just box on the outside all evening and pot-shot his way to victory. I do have a lesser opinion of Parker though, for the good of boxing, I don't want him to win. It seems bonkers to me that Parker is such a Fury fan boy. This guy is in your division and of your era and he spends all his time fawning over him.

Anyway, my prediction for the weekend. Joe to win with a SD.
