The guy is a proper melt. I don’t think anyone but the diehard fanboys will be surprised to see him announce a fight with the mostly unknown and extremely dangerous Manuel Charr. Everyone called it and it’s about to happen. I can’t wait for the day he gets beat, the guy with the most padded record outside of Wilder anothe WBC melt. What a joke.

Anybody who knows boxing like at all knew that fight was never happening, totally wrong timing for it.

Just a matter of the 'he did it, no he did it' pantomime we're gonna get now.

Only one with a long track record of messing people around though. The guy talks so much crap it’s hard to take anything he says seriously.

True. Would be interesting to see what was so complicated about the contract that aj needs days for his lawyers to mull over.

Full od crap the both of them

I thought BT and DAZN were supposed to be meeting today according to Frank. Fury starting making ultimatums after the Joyce v Parker fight. Why would BT and DAZN waste time if things weren’t being dealt with correctly? Remember AJ went through all this before, Klitsckho went through all this, Ustinov went though all this. He’s retired, he wants £500 million, he’s fighting Chisora, no he’s fighting Charr, now he’s fighting AJ, no he’s fighting Charr. Seriously.

Wonder what it cost Fury to dick around so much with lawyers etc then just duck the fight with a silly deadline. Guys an ass
I said he would end up messing about, absolutely no need to set artificial deadlines at all. AJ said the fight was happening everyone else was working towards a fight, then all of a sudden Fury comes out with another deadline. I said AJ shouldn’t even entertain it and people said no he should at least call his bluff, well he did and this is what happened. This was always going to happen.

it appears, to me anyway, that this is a plan that back fired. Fury put an offer out there and AJ called his bluff. He then agreed to all Tyson's terms and the earlier date than expected. I don't think that Fury thought AJ would accept and now he did Fury doesn't know what to do.

It's funny that out of the fury camp it's only Tyson saying it can't go ahead. When you have Warren and Hearn in agreement that the fight is progressing positively. Fury must be wondering why he didn't just say he was fighting Charr in the first place. He tried to build his fight off of AJ's name as he knows he's still not the draw he thinks he is

This is what is so bizarre about his latest rant. Everyone is still working to make this fight happen, the only obstacles are Fury just being a melt. Only one person is stopping this from happening, only one person is imposing artificial deadlines, only one person is saying no.

I personally wouldn’t give him the time of day. He’s a social media queen that somehow manages to pull the wool over people eyes. Take a long, hard look at his record, it’s pathetic.

It's actually impressive how he gets away with it. Imagine any other heavyweight champion calling out Charr or Kabayel. Fury can fight those and people will just call him the best ever.

As annoying as I find him, it's incredible how he can play the public

Well i was hoping this will go ahead another good fight not going to take place shame.

It's frustrating seeing someone who could genuinely take claim to saying he is the best of his generation just waste their talent and opportunity. At the rate his resume is progressing and the names he puts on there he'd be lucky to be in the conversation about the greatest of his era let alone even being in the same conversation of greatest of all time heavyweights. He was so much more work he needs to do and unfortunately for him, fighting Charr isn't going to help his cause.
