No we'll hold Germany to account because they have failed to ever meet the required 2% GDP spend on defense.
Your (non) point is simply that those that criticize Germany (for not meeting it's NATO spend obligations) should be quiet because the UK may not meet increased spending targets is idiotic. The requirement is 2% GDP and we, along with France and many other NATO nations have consistently met that target.
Germany has been rightly criticized for decades and now, even when they admit they should increase funding, still bodge the figures so they don't have to do it.

Its strange thing to happen tbh.
Basically all his actions are just bad when viewed strategically or logically.
The game is equal now in that all players are playing an infinite game.
If we go back to day 1 of the ukraine war and put me as putin, my only option would be to nuke a nato territory, ideally an island somewhere, minimal casualties.
Point being, i would tick all the boxes on paper, and say, lets go nuclear war, or you will forever **** off.
Then, ukraine would not get any assistance anymore, not food, not weapons, not training, and not intelligence.
The war would go much better, would still be bloody, but it would not be impossible.

Seeing some conflicting reports about Lyman this morning. Couple of quotes from both sides:
Then we have Patrick Robinson thinking / hinting Lyman has actually been taken this morning. Other reports now saying the Ukrainian Army have allowed Russian Troops to leave Lyman via a corridor.
Also videos and reports reportedly saying Russia have started to flee from Kreminna 30km to the east and there is fighting on the outskirts.

NATO the special operation has changed, its time we saw Russian pipelines and refineries auto combust by accident (smoking), and why hasn't the Kerch bridge accidentally fallen over? its quite windy.

Kerch bridge needs to stay up. The Russians will need somewhere to retreat over when UA take Crimea back. The alternative is Russian troops digging in and fighting harder because they have no alternative.

Yes but he has always been like that. He is likely a psychopath but that doesn't mean he suddenly is willing top start throwing nukes around. So either something has changed recently that could make him be willing to start a nuclear exchange and burn down everything including his own family or its just rhetoric.
