There are some around the 2016 range (275ps) for around the £16-£17k mark. They do look great, but no heated seats I'm afraid!

£500 isn't that bad, and only needs doing every 10 years or 125k miles I think on these.
Expect it to be around £600, as you'd do the Clutch at the same time whilst it's all apart. (I just had the Clutch done on my MK7 Fiesta - non ST and paid £700 which was on the higher side of quotes I had)
Even with both of those costs though, it's a case of whatever else you buy (especially older things like e92's) could easily need bills just as big before long.
Have you looked at Mountune or similar for your Mk7 ST - 215PS with only a self installable map, and an induction kit?

75k miles on the ST version I believe for the cam belt, but I think the Slave cylinder I was sort of expecting around £1k on its own. I haven't looked at Mountune actually. and I suppose having the clutch and cam belt done would hopefully mean I could comfortably keep it for another few years.
The clutch cylinder isn't in dire need of doing; its way off but on 3 or 4 occasions the pedal hasn't returned to normal under hard driving conditions and or high temperatures which is an early sign it will need doing

Fiesta ST is a great car and the MK8 Fiesta is a big step up over the MK7 from a features/usability perspective.

i30N a great shout but a bit more than I'm willing to spend. If I was spending £23-£25k or so I'd struggle to look past a 140i.
