4090 redeem access

I received an email from nvidia regarding ''Your Verified Priority Access for GeForce RTX 4090'' and indeed takes me to a secure link where apparently I can add 4090 RTX from nvidia to basket ????
Is this legit or is a very elaborate scam ? has anyone receive this before- it looks very convincing and take to the known site that sell this to UK direct from nvidia

The issue is I am not sure I want to pay that amount of money for this card and due to my low post count I can not access members market here , but most importantly I want to know if this is not a very elaborate scam
