Which Fallout game?

New Vegas is the best imo. I've played through it half a dozen times over the years, and in every session I find new things. Some of the side quests are quite well hidden and incorrect dialogue choices can lead to missing them entirely. The Ultimate Edition is only £4; well worth it considering the vast amount of content.

I was going through my Epic Games list yesterday and was thinking about giving one of the Fallout games a go as I don't think I've ever tried any!

Any suggestions as to which to start with or do they all follow a story?
