4090 Rocks with Premier Pro

Just had some time to do some initial playing around.

The 4090 monsters 4K video stabilisation and the temps are extremely good with my Zotac Trinity

Sounds like you need a better internet connection or a better browser.

Nah it's the GPU cause it runs at 100% load on the video encode/decode. Just a single 8k 60fps video puts the 3090 at 65% load. Test it yourself if you don't belive me

Actually was wondering about this and utilisation a few mins ago, played 3 at once absolutely fine with a 52-55% usage and the odd spike higher. I suspect I could play more tbh, all smooth as butter;

Thanks that's awesome stuff, so they've improved the decode performance several fold

Running 4 here and they all look nice and smooth

I still find playback e.g. transitions in Premiere so choppy.

I assumed it was my 3900X but maybe I need a beefier GPU as well.

The 3070 is better than the 980Ti I had before it, but not by that much (where editing is concerned).
