Am I getting fined via these cameras or am I being paranoid.

Both encountered through my delivery driving work. Haven't had any kind of council fine (only fines in relation to cars ive ever had) for over a year. So initally i went down the first road, got to a house at the end parked up. Inadvertantly then began going the wrong way down before i realised and turned around. Can't think of why else the camera would be there.

Second time was tonight . Someone called me. My handsfree wasn't working; my phone was in a holder, i know you can touch it but its a bit fiddly and being on a main road i didn't want to lose control. So turned into this leisure centre car park, inadvertantly went the wrong way through a one way system, put the handbrake on, touched my phone to accept the call; then handbrake off, back on the road, this time the right way round but then i saw those cameras.

Are these sorts of cameras used for these fines? Second one i guess could be CCTV but there seems to be an awful lot of them for one place. £130 out of pocket (65£ for each one if paid within 2 weeks i think) if they are.

Bottom set is a generic ANPR camera and then security cameras.

First one is just a wireless repeater CCTV.

What on earth would an ANPR camera be for in a council car park, could it be for the one way system? Or to see if I'm just parking there and not using the centre

Yea, there will likely be a console inside to enter your reg into, though if you were only there for a short time most have a grace period.

Hopefully, but could that or the cctv also enforce the one way system ?

The car park had obvious signs , I was just distracted trying to find somewhere to park , though would find being fined for accidentally contravening a car park layout questionable. First one though although it's signed as a one way street entering the road, when I delivered to one of the houses opposite the backs of the shops, there are no repeater signs to remind you it's a one way street when coming off the driveway. So not sure if I did get a fine for that if I could refute it
