Hi
A family member is looking to stretch out their AM4 platform a bit longer but the motherboard could really do with an upgrade to help facilitate this (especially as they are looking to drop in a 6900XT to replace their old Vega 64 so I was worried about their current PCIe version). The Gigabyte X570S UD seems to be a resonably priced board (£139.99). But I don't know much about Gigabyte, their quality, how they are for support or returns, etc. Does anyone have this board, how does it perform? Any reasons to avoid? Are Gigabyte an OK choice?
Ideally the board needs to be able to support a 5600/5800X CPU and like I say a 6900XT and then potentially x2 M.2 Nvme drives (PCIe4/x4). I think this board will cover all of that.
Cheers.
