hi all i need to replace
a few old parts with your help.
the motherboard is a oem b75 (socket 0)
chip intel core i7 2600@340ghz
psu vs 500/500w
ram ddr3@ 665mhz.
parts im keeping are gpu nvidia geforce gtx 1650
sata hdd case mouse keyboard monitor is 4k tv
he plays rallycross racing games
thanks for any help not too expensive if it can be done

you haven't told us your budget
in any case, i suspect it isn't much and as such, would recommend buying used and getting something like an intel 8400/9400, or ryzen 3600 build

you have access to members market, so definitely doable for less

ryzen 3600 £70-80
cheap cooler £10-20
b450 mobo £40-50
16gb 3200mhz ddr4 ram £35-45
good quality 500-600w psu £25-35

you may or may not need to change the case depending on the motherboard

Your case needs to be ATX size and be able to take a 155 mm cooler or bigger otehrwise you will need to change things.

If you can push a bit more I would buy the better 5600 chip for £39 more.

The motherboard has bios flash without cpu by the looks of it so if it doesnt hav ethe correct bios on it its no issue to just connect it all up and do a bios flash.

definitely if going new then 5600 is the chip to buy
the 5500 performs like a 3600 - might as well save some dosh and get a used 3600/b450 combo instead lol

Umm, is he playing at 4K?

If so, you're probably keeping the wrong part

to be honest i would sell the gpu as well
get the base system as i said earlier for £250
and then you have another £250-350 to get a better gpu than a 1650 lol
