Cordless Vacuum to buy on black Friday?

Yeah if it wasn't for the gf I'd have the Shark. But they are 4.5 to 5.5kg.
Considering the vax was 3kg that's at least 50pc heavier.

Is a shame as there are great deals on at the moment on shark.

I asked friends and they almost all have sharks

Mine came yesterday. Took 3 hours to charge it and got around 25 minutes using carpet and turbo modes which isn't bad. It's pick up is impressive and much better than our old Lidl cordless vacuum. It is really top heavy though so you have to be careful not to lift the head off the floor on the return stroke. The car detailing kit is so cute but more useful for things like keyboards and computers!! The small powered attachment is excellent for stairs when used in the handheld form. Don't forget to register it for the 5 year warranty.

Mine due tomorrow.

Yeh, I don't have a car but the car kit was one of the things that swayed me to buy this, thought it would be handy for the PC!

Will be sure to fill in the guarantee. :)

No its too heavy I think.
Unless something else jumps out in probably going to get a hoover hf9. It's only 3.4kg
A kilo lighter than the Shark.
Unfortunately it's more expensive and less feature rich

I'd go light weight.. It's so much less hassle to do a quick wizz around. And my house is cleaner for it as I don't mind hoovering now.. It's almost enjoyable.

God I'm getting old hahah!

It's discounted heer, but dunno how good a deal it is, as its discounted from RRP I think.

Got my V11 for £233 being delivered this upcoming Friday for my parents. I look forwards to comparing it to my V10 whilst playing with the idea of sneakily giving the V10 to the parents :D

Tried the Shark today, quite impressed.

Good suction power (more tban I thought it would have) and collected a serious amount of dirt.

Great for doing the stairs without worrying about the mains lead.

Glad I bought it, OOS now as well at Shark.

We bought a Shark IZ202UKTDB (this one) direct from Shark yesterday for £189. It's the pet model and comes with a free car detailing kit and free delivery. It has a 5 year warranty (2 years on the battery) and gets excellent reviews. I couldn't care less about the weight, hopefully heavy equals well built.

that's a good price
and they are out of stock

Went for the Pet version.

Bought it from Very and used the 20pc off credit offer thing.
Also got 10 pounds cash back off it.

So was 260 in the end

I also wanted the Shark special offer. I mean its got more stuff than the hoover (especially that bendy hose) and was cheaper!

But unfortunately too heavy for gf as said. I almost went for it anyway! :D

Grab it before the deal disappears today, Dyson V11 Absolute (inc torque drive head) from eBay refurbished (the one we had is brand new in a sealed box) for £254.99 if you use the automatic 10% off at checkout on refurbs and the code BAG20OFF. It was also delivered next day even though it was ordered on a Sunday, weird.

It's a lot of vacuum for your money to be honest.

Edit: You may have to call them if you don't get the torque drive in the box, as apparently some people haven't received there's bust CS are sending them out, which is good as they are £70!
I bought the v11 on Friday lunchtime and got it 0900 hrs Saturday morning so very fast delivery. Looks brand new to me but no torque head cleaner. Dropped them an email and they replied saying the torque cleaner isn't included with refurbs. Just means I'll have to change heads so not that big a deal. Also got the 7000 nectar points which was nice.

Certainly was.

Curry's selling it for £229 and that's without the added extras, was one of the reasons I pulled the trigger on it.

just checked Shark retailer on Ebay, and its discounted to £230 without the car stuff, so i have sent them an email asking them to match their own website

well see

It was pictured in the previous listing, hence them honouring it.

I got a soft cleaning head and a motorbar one. However, the motorbar one on the dyson page is different with an extra part on the front with a switch. Which one did you get?

Amazon selling it for £180, with the Car kit, but NOT with the pet tool.
