What's the hardest to get in?
Looking to get a new one, so looking to make it as good as possible.
I thought full solid panel, but then can't that stuff just be kicked out, or jigsawed?

Double glazing is a quick smash in the corner, which is what I currently have.

Triple better? Laminated?

You could open most garage doors with a butter knife so I wouldn’t worry about a side door needing to be big red key proof.

Just do the obvious, avoid glass and get a reasonable multi-point locking mechanism.

What have you got in there that you are worried that thieves will be resorting to high risk, very destructive methods to get in?

Yeah, the three wheeler! Lol.

I've strengthend up the main door with multiple drop bolts along the bottom, so that should be a bit harder for them.

I know you can never stop someone who wants to get in, it's just for the opportunist.

I can't tell you what's in there, you might be the theif! Lol

Its more of a deterrent than a prevention thing. But I've put a motion sensitive alarm on the door too. So any tampering will set it off.

Its loud enough to cause a scene light make no difference but thought more the better.

I've got a steel multi point locking one, maybe from doors4security from memory. Apart from the factory finish being terrible and starting to rust after less than 2 years the door itself is really solid, that'd be one of the hardest ways into my garage i reckon.
