i've not watched a minute of this world cup up to now (my own pointless personal 'protest') but was just flicking through the channels and stuck the belgium game on for a couple of mins while Modern Family was on a break, so glad i did. lukaku is just pure comedy gold. has he been like this all world cup?

aye, first world cup in about 35 years i've not actively bothered tuning in to, thanks FIFA
