Anything useful to plug into a random RJ45 cable in kitchen?

Weird one this but in our new house the previous owners used to have a video intercom system which they have since removed since leaving.

This has resulted in there being a rogue hole in the wall with an RJ45 cable sticking out where the old internal intercom panel used to be.

I'm not too fussed about replacing it with a new video intercom system so I was going to just chop it off, push the cable in and patch it up, however before doing that I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing an opportunity to use to connect something else innovative/fun/useful into my kitchen.

So OcUK hive minds, can you think of anything I can/should do with it?
