Should I upgrade from 16gb of ram to 32gb?

My current specs:

AMD Ryzen 9 3900x
rx6700xt GPU
16gb of ram
B450 A PRO max motherboard
700 w power supply

I am mainly using my computer for heavy fps shooters, editing and streaming so I’m not sure how big a difference upgrading the ram would make.

Use task manager to see if your ram is full.
If full buy more, otherwise chill.

Not in gaming 16gb is optimal but some modern ganes are starting to use more, editing, etc mite be advantageous .

Adding 2 more sticks can be a problem for Ryzen and may not reach advertised speeds, if going 32gb I would get 2 x 16gb and sell your old stuff.

I did, and I enjoy the chrome tabs no longer dropping my fps in demanding games lol
