Hi all,
I need some help to choose an in-stock PSU to go with the below components:
Intel Core i7-13700K (Raptor Lake) Socket LGA1700 Processor - Retail £419.99
Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX DDR4 (LGA 1700) DDR4 ATX Motherboard £319.99
Corsair Vengeance LPX 64GB (2x32GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit (Black) £188.99
Phanteks Eclipse P600S Silent Midi Tower Case - Black £139.99
MSI MAG CORELIQUID P360 Performance Liquid CPU Cooler - 360mm £99.95 <-- not precious about this specific model.
To go with Nvidia 3080, various existing NVME and SSD storage.
Estimated wattage for all parts come in at 781w, and using the rule wattage * 1.5 + 100w for Nvidia 3080 spikes gets me to around 1200w. Is this overdoing it? I'm currently running the 3080 quite happily with an i5-10600k at 4.8Ghz with a Seasonic 750w PSU, so to bump to 1200w just for a 13700k seems a lot?
I chose the case as I used it on another PC, open to suggestions on the case and cooler too (not interested in RGB or tempered glass sides).
Thanks!
