Party Wall Agreements, do I need to let my neighbours know the depth?

I need to send out my party wall agreements to my neighbours as I'm excavating within 6m of their house.
I don't know what depth I'll be digging, as that will be a conversation with building control. I saw my friends PWA and on his (which his architect drafted) said "Depth TBC with Building Control Officer and Structural Engineer"
Is this suitable to write on my Party Wall Agreements? Do I have a legal obligation to tell them the depths even if I don't know them?

Well you've written confirmation on your friends party wall agreement. I'll assume you're not a building control officer or a structural engineer so that's all you can put until the suitably qualified person can tell you
