Modern Warfare 2 grain after update??

as above guys this is doing my head in!
for some reason after the new update my game seems to have like a grain filter on it?
ive went over my settings for about an hour maybe more messing around with them and cant seem to get rid of it?

before the update i had my graphics set up sweet and it was really quite enjoyable now its killing the game for me.
its noticable most in the lobby when youre standing with the gun in hand,
the guns got a grain to it also the figure, the particles floating (dust) and stuff are still pin sharp!
my boys also complaing about it aswell so dont think its my PC
any thoughts people who play it ?

Sounds like film grain. Have you got a filter on?

The game has been a mess for me. Listed a load in the "official thread"

Had missing fences but need to climb over them (mate on Xbox couldn't see it either but was walking on top of it) black and white. Disappearing when killed or jumping out of a vehicle. The list is endless.

It wasn't the best before. But it's really bad now. My son on the other hand. Lower spec pc. Had everything set to low (he is a hardcore gamer) not a issue at all

Pretty sure it’s set to 0 could possibly be 2.5 will check tomorrow as I’m up at 4 for work.
again not messed with the settings since day dot of getting it as I spent ages getting the sweet spot to how I like it.
pretty sure the updates got of been the culprit
