New Gaming PC + Monitor and a couple of questions

Hi Guys I've come up with the following build and had a couple of questions

do I need the heatsink for the SN850X or should I get one without it (not sure if the motherboard has heatsink for it or not)

and then 2nd will the Zotac 4090 fit in the case?

I'm not buying this straight away but definitely will be in the next 4-8 weeks.

The first M.2 slot (below the CPU) has a heatsink for the M.2, so if you're using this one then no, you don't need a heatsink. The other two M.2 slots will be under the graphics card, I think.

Yes, says up to 400mm in the description of the case on OCUK and the Zotac is 356 according to Zotac's website.

Thank you for the response, these were my two primary concerns on deciding what to order. Turns out the one with the heatsink is cheaper on OCUK at the moment, so I'll use the other slots if those come without a speed reduction I hope?
