All,

Our Tecnik Integrated dishwasher has finally died. It's integrated, so wanting to replace with the same.

~£500-600 budget, integrated, full size. Are Bosch still the ones to go for? Only real requirement is having a separate cutlery tray really.

TIA :)

Bosch, Neff, Siemens, pretty much all the same brand. Ours is a Neff I think, looks nearly identical to the mother in laws Bosch.

Neff here. It doesn't clean as well as my old Hotpoint but it seems fairly robust.

Beko was average for drying, we had a fancy one.

New Bosch Series 4 is epic. There are a few different varieties so have a good compare. Make sure it has the heat exchanger drying function as it's excellent.

It was circa £400 and a cracking deal at that price. You don't get much else as useful features in the £500-600 range.

Also, I hate the 3rd drawer for cutlery. The Bosch SMV4HAX40G has the normal 2 racks and a cutlery basket, but there's another shelf ledge for knives and bits on the upper shelf. So you can fit tall glasses on the top shelf along with big dinner plates on the bottom.

Can't fault our hisense unit.
16 places, cutlery tray, pops open when done for air drying. Projects a led when it's running and various modes that can be adjusted.
Was cheap as well but I think as a brand they're starting to creep up in price.

We have a fully integrated Bosch which projects dishwasher information onto the floor, its an excellent unit and would buy again.
This is a feature I want on our next one.

I purchased a Currys essential £150 full size integrated dishwasher in 2017 which came with a 5 year warranty and the only fault it's had was a fault button which they replaced.

I tend to buy Bosch white goods, they last, last bosch dishwasher was about 15 years old when replaced.

All my current Bosch washing machine dishwasher heading for 5 years I guess.

Biggest tip is do not under any circumstances use Curry’s. They are an utter cluster **** of a company, if things go wrong. Took 6 months to sort our dishwasher out, that was only after contacting my credit card company.

On the other hand, I used Currys, didn't pay the extra £60 for fitting or removal of the old one, and was able to slip the friendly Polish delivery man a tenner to do both :D

And they called me while travelling to inform me that I hadn't taken out the warranty on my Nikon camera, in for repair, but not to worry as they will sort it out.

Which they did.

And if anything went wrong you wouldn’t have a leg to stand on - guess that isn’t so nice
My post did say if something goes wrong...

Had a Siemens that lasted about 4 years, didn't wash that great. Gone for a Miele now, washes and dries loads better just hope it's more reliable and lasts much longer.
