For 13700k&4090 - AIO, Air cooler? which case?

I'm so confused. Do I get an AIO 420mm Liquid II & a quiet case like a fractal define 7 XL OR a fractal torrent & a noctua air cooler?
Or is there a better case/cooler combo?

I'm running 13700k + 4090... no overclocking, for gaming. im so frustrated.. cant seem to to find clear info on what would be better.

my main concern is i sleep in same room as PC @ idle so need it to be quiet. but i also obv dont want it to thermal throttle
 
In TPU's review, the average power consumption in games was only 89 watts, so I wouldn't worry about it too much under load, idle is more of an issue if you have an annoying pump, for example.

So could I do an 7XL + a Noctua DH15s? Or am I better off with the AIO?

Never used AIOs s.... always move my PC around
 
I bought a 13700k and a RTX4090.

I use a NZXT X63 280mm for the CPU. Works great, and surprisingly quiet. The GPU is air cooled. Works great too!
