Amazon Firestick problem

Hi guys. I can't seem to pair one of my pairs of Bluetooth buds anymore with my Firestick and never had a problem with them before. The buds are pairing fine with my phone, my tv and with Bluetooth in my car. But with the Firestick, it does discover the buds and when I press to select them I get a message saying 'Pairing Not Successful. Try pairing in settings again.' I've physically disconnected and reconnected the Firestick and that doesn't help. Strange that it sees the buds yet won't pair. My other buds however are pairing just fine with the Firestick. Is resetting the Firestick to factory defaults the answer?
 

Yeah, a few days ago I factory reset the Firestick twice and reset the buds (Creative Outlier Air V3) a few times and the buds still won't pair. I did a live chat with Creative Labs who told me that since they pair with other devices that they're not faulty. I also did a live chat with Amazon who told me the Firestick isn't faulty because I can pair my other buds (Mpow M30) to it. So both parties think their product is working perfectly.

I've just bought a pair of Sony WF-1000XM4 buds and they pair with the Firestick no problem.

It sounds to me like the Creative buds are the issue. I've still got warranty on them until September. There's no warranty left on the Firestick. Should I push Creative to replace the buds?
