Drying Times .

3 hours is about right for a horrible load like that (it all clags together in a ball).

I normally put it on timer...

Are you putting the washing machine on a high rpm spin prior or using the bedding setting which is usually only 2/3rd of half of the capable spin capacity.

Is it a heat pump version? Our Samsung can take up to 5 hours depending on the settings.
The link looks like a normal condenser, not a heat pump.

My first thought was filters as mentioned above.

On top if cleaning the filters many will let you pull out the heat exchanger and clean that too as that can clog with lint.

Most have a similar mechanism to the link above.

Are you using the sensor programs, if so try a timed dry for an hour first and see how dry it is.

Sensor dry programs work on moisture content remaining in clothes giving a resistance value, depending on where the sensors are located will depend on how well it registers, this can cause tumbles to decide stuff is dry only to then decide actually nope it's not.
Always make sure you do buttons up on duvet covers before you put them in the washer as this will stop everything congregating in one corner of said cover and when drying try to put similar fabrics together otherwise sensor may read incorrectly.

Also check user manual for something like condumetric setting or remaining moisture value as depending on water hardness you may need to alter this.
