The Moscow parade was pathetic
The only vehicles they had were a dozen or so tigrs and BMPs plus a couple s300, s400 and one ICBM. There was only a single tank and it was a t-34, all by itself

Full mobilsation soon I would have thought (in fact given that "most" of the population is supported by the government re homes, it's looking very likely). Where did it all go wrong? Land grab and a false sense of security and "conquest" for the one in power. Putin has blood on his hands, many more people will die today and for what?

*Head of Russia’s Wagner Group Prigozhin Says Has Not Received Promised Ammunition, After Saying Earlier That Shipments Preliminarily Sent

The bait.
Basically they’re baiting to open up a fierce front and then they will push at the sides to max out the fighting front area.

Dunno quite what to make of this:

Looks like they are checking out various ship, possible sub, positions.

Similar missions though different route were done in April 22 and 23.

Reuters has been shilling for Russia

If those Russians are allowed to be in Latvia simply because they've been there to occupy them I guess no one can kick out Israelis who occupy in Palestine cause both countries are doing and have done the same thing - deport the natives, export your population and have them take over by spreading their foreign language and culture. It's ironic then that Reuters calls Israeli settlers illegal (https://www.reuters.com/world/middl...-west-bank-outpost-tensions-mount-2023-04-10/) but then try to imply that Russian settlers are persecuted in Latvia and should be left alone to continue occupying

They're slow, but they do eventually learn, which is dangerous for Ukraine
So why cant Ukraine get up there and hunt them down? Do they not have fighter jets capable of taking them out?

Serious question I'm just wondering why they get a free reign to use these bombers.

Even if the bombers don't need to leave Russian airspace to launch it doesn't mean Ukraine cant still hunt them down over Russia.

What am i missing here?

OK then, so I guess he'll be packing his **** up and taking his mercenaries out of there then? Of course, that's assuming Wagner have saved enough ammo to fight their way through the Chechens Tik Tok brigade.
Isn't that why the Chechens have been sent in, to make sure Wagner don't try and leave?

The Chechens are only good for one thing, shooting their own in the back.

For more than half a century Russia pursued a policy of developing lots of anti aircraft missile systems, flying a fighter aircraft into Russia with an aim to intercept a bomber is suicide.

As well as the Russian anti-aircraft capabilities already pointed out, UA are avoiding direct attacks on Russian soil as it just plays into the "we're being picked on" bullcrap narrative Putin is trying to sell. Drones, partisans and careless use of tobacco products are as far as they want to push this.

They launch them well inside ruskie airspace and no doubt under massive s-300 coverage and possibly fighters.

Best way would be teams on the ground , get a van load full of drones nearish to the airbase and viola.

Already proven with the attack on the AWACS.
