Have you tried reinstalling the graphics driver?

Are you on the latest version?

I'd also use DDU to ensure full removal of the old driver.

Do you use MSI Afterburner to monitor what's going on with power, voltage, clock, etc. levels at all?

So after doing DDU it was working fine until yesterday when it started to do it again not sure why this is

Are you moving your PC around much? I wonder if the power cable is coming loose.

Another theory is that the driver is getting corrupted somehow, maybe because of a monitoring software you're running, or a faulty SSD.

Might be worth checking windows and nvidia power settings (control panel, the cog settings and nvidia control panel) to make sure they're not on low power... it wouldn't be the first time a random windows update has changed something without telling a user.

I don't move my pc at all, I have checked all the power cables, and the I tough it could be the drivers, due to when I use DDU it works but after a few months it's back again, not going to lie to you, I have gave up with it and brought a 4090 last night so let's see if that works, thanks for all the help
