Hard to say how things are going really.

Not so hard, Russia has proven time and time again that they lie about these small victories.

A threat pops up and they have destroyed it 3 times over, they just cant help themselves, but its not us they are trying to fool, it's their captive audience on state TV who are only allowed good news

As to the actual outcome in terms of body count, etc. who knows but largely seems to confirm they've left now.

The mrap did its job, the crew got out of that one (the windows didnt cave in) , those humvees are staged though

Maybe Russian FSB agents posing as Ukrainian intelligence agents convinced a bunch of ethnic Russian neo-Nazis living in Ukraine to go to Russia and wreck havoc so that Putin could claim it proves Ukraine is full of anti-Russia Nazis

There are all sorts, some of the faces that have appeared in the videos have been identified as Russian neo Nazis by Bellingcat, but if they want to have a civil war inside Russia then so be it, whatever it takes to get Russia to leave ukraine
