Quick question is a 240 AIO Rad ok for a 7950X.. Expecting a big No, no way here but is it?

I think it would be ok. It might get to its max temp quicker but I think it would be workable.

I would say no 360 min even better if you can get a 420, I run the artic freezer 2 420mm with a 13900ks and had to do a fair bit of tweaking.

13900ks is on another level though. The 7950x is vastly easier to cool.

240 aio is fine, i've seen tests where a 120mm tower is good enough.

240mm AIO is fine for 7950X. I will be building 30 systems shortly with 240mm aio and have built well over 50 with them no issues.
