What do you mean next week, you said it's sold. If it's sold then it will be announced any moment as Utd are a listed company. So if we don't get an announcement that the club has been sold then you're clearly wrong and spamming rubbish.

The stock market reacts as it wants to and isn't a direct representation of fact. It works on hearsay and hints when there is nothing more to go on. It might be something, it might not. Its certainly not proof of anything.
Reuters might have decent sources or their source might be wrong. Bazs point is that no actually super solid source has broken this story yet and as a result its reasonable to assume that things haven't been decided.
