The window cleaner spotted this roof tile and said it might just be hanging on by the moss.

I know nothing about roof tiles. What do I do? Just get up on a ladder, remove it, and stick a new one in from B&Q? Are they normally a standard size?

It's located right above where we park our cars.

Thanks.

They look concrete like a Marley or Redland maybe. It might say on the back of the tile the make/model. They are not too dissimilar to my Redland Stonewold concrete tiles. It will need a bit of jiggling about to get a replacement in as they will be interlocking with the adjacent tiles.

Wont find it in B&Q, more likely somewhere like Travis Perkins.
